- Shipping Locations: At present, we only ship to: Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Shipments may only be made to a physical address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
- US Shipping Charges:
(a) Continental US:
i. $5.00 flat rate shipping fee on orders <$100.00.
ii. Free shipping on orders >$100.00
(b) Alaska/Hawaii:$7.00 flat rate shipping fee
- Order processing and Shipment Times:
(a) Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. If additional credit card or address information is needed for processing, we will contact you, via email.
(b) Following credit card authorization and address verification, all orders typically take between 1-2 business days from the time you place your order to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when expecting you order shipment.
(c) From time to time, we have epic sales. During these times, we work hard to get all orders shipped out within the timeframe above, but we could still end up taking an additional business day to process your order. Be assured, that we are doing our very best, during these epic sales events to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!
(d) Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with tracking information
- Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock Items:
(a) If an item you have ordered is either back-ordered or out-of-stock, you will be notified by email. Back-ordered items will be shipped immediately following re-stock to our store.
(b) If an item is out-of-stock and that item will not be re-stocked to our store, you will be offered a refund OR you may choose a replacement item be shipped to you. Any difference in price for a replacement item will either be refunded to you (if item is of lesser value) OR charged in addition to your original order value (if the item is of greater value). Any sales tax and/or shipping charges, if applicable, will be adjusted accordingly and either charged or refunded to you.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages:
(a) If your order does not arrive or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. We will do all that we can to expedite the investigation process.
(b) Once the investigation is complete:
i. If your order is deemed to have been lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available, at no additional cost. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
ii. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we will not be able, nor liable, to issue a refund to you.
- Orders valued at >$250 USD:
(a) When an order is valued at >$250 USD, we ship your order with a requirement for signature. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
- International Shipments:
(a) We currently ship international orders only to Canada.
(b) International orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00, regardless of order value.
(c) Following credit card and address verification, International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days.
(d) Customs and Duties. We do not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders and you, as the buyer, are responsible for any such fees relating to your order. While assessment of these fees is not typical, it can happen.
