By purchasing merchandise from My Steel Magnolia Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy.

  2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Except in the case of defective or shipping carrier damaged merchandise, the following items are non-returnable:

Defective or Damaged Items:

 

  1. All defective or shipping carrier damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Return of the defective or damaged merchandise is subject to the return policy timeframes and conditions criteria.
