Return Policy

 

At My Steel Magnolia, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. We want you to be a happy customer! If you find that you need to return merchandise, we are here to help. Please follow our policy below. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at:

By purchasing merchandise from My Steel Magnolia Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy.

 

  1. Qualified refunds are offered only as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that will be emailed to you within 3 business days of inspection and processing the return.
  2. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ASSOCIATED WITH A RETURN TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, except in the case of defective or shipping carrier damaged merchandise.
  3. Returned merchandise must be scent/stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable. This includes the original shipping charge, if any, associated with your original purchase and/or any shipping charges you may incur to return an item or as may be associated with a rejected return. Currently, we do not offer return labels.
  5. A qualified return must be received by us within 10 days of customer receipt of the item(s). Canada orders are allowed 20 days from the date of customer receipt.
  6. Returned merchandise received after the return periods above, but within 10 days thereafter (“restocking period”), are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the store credit given. Returned items received by us in excess of the restocking period will be rejected and you will be charged a flat rate fee of $6 US and the item(s) will be returned to you with no further liability or obligation by us. 
  7. Refunds associated with a qualified return will be issued as a store credit in the form of a digital Gift Card that will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing the return at our store.
  8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Except in the case of defective or shipping carrier damaged merchandise, the following items are non-returnable: 

 

  • All Accessories
  • All Jewelry
  • All Intimates 
  • All Sale/Clearance Items

 

 

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

 

  1. All defective or shipping carrier damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Return of the defective or damaged merchandise is subject to the return policy timeframes and conditions criteria.
  2. In relation to damaged merchandise by the shipping carrier, following our inspection and verification that the packaging was damaged by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment only (to include the original shipping charges and any additional shipping charges incurred by you to return the damaged merchandise).
  3. In order to receive a refund of any return shipping charges associated with shipping carrier damaged merchandise, you must include a copy of your receipt for such charges, otherwise we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred by you.
  4. In the case of damaged merchandise, due to shipping carrier damaged packaging, we reserve the right to request pictures of the damaged packaging, prior to your returning the damaged merchandise to us.
